The Dallas Cowboys came into the 2022 NFL Playoffs with high expectations, but instead they laid an egg in a putrid performance against the San Francisco 49ers. While the Cowboys still had a chance to win at the end, much of that was due to the 49ers trying to give the game away. Dallas racked up 14 penalties and executed poorly for much of the game, trailing 23-7 at one point before before the last-ditch comeback attempt fell short.

Cowboys legend Michael Irvin was certainly not impressed by what he saw in that game. Irvin went on the Stacking The Box podcast and ripped into Dallas’ star players, including Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott and CeeDee Lamb.

Prescott had an extremely mediocre game, completing just 23-of-43 passes for 254 yards. He threw one touchdown and one interception to wind up with a quarterback rating of 69.3.
