Even though he has spent his entire major-league career with the Marlins, Ricky Nolasco never felt as comfortable pitching in South Florida as much as he has in his home state of California. Further proof came Tuesday night when Nolasco — with major assists from relievers Edward Mujica and Heath Bell — remained unbeaten at AT&T Park as the Marlins held on for a 2-1 victory over the Giants. It was the 67th big-league win of Nolasco's career, leaving him one shy of Dontrelle Willis' franchise mark. Given that Nolasco is scheduled to make his next start down the coast in San Diego, the odds should be in his favor. Nolasco is 3-1 at the Padres' Petco Park and 8-2 with a 2.39 ERA in California.
