Chicago Bears quarterback Josh McCown will start Sunday's road game against the St. Louis Rams because first-stringer Jay Cutler remains out with a sprained left ankle, coach Marc Trestman said Monday. McCown is 2-0 as a starter this season, defeating the Packers on Nov. 4 and the Ravens on Sunday. He has not thrown an interception in 101 pass attempts. In other injury news, defensive end Shea McClellin (hamstring) is expected to return to practice Wednesday. He has missed the last two games. Defensive tackle Stephen Paea is week-to-week after aggravating the sprained toe that sidelined him for two games in early October. Linebacker Lance Briggs (fractured left shoulder) still is a couple weeks from returning, Trestman said.
