Vikings quarterback Matt Cassel will make his third start of the season when Minnesota plays in Baltimore on Sunday, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Officially, coach Leslie Frazier said it's 'likely' that Cassel will start against the Ravens. Cassel would start over Christian Ponder, who's still recovering from a concussion he suffered in the Vikings 23-20 win over the Bears. "There are some things that, at this stage, [Ponder] has to get done that he wasn't able to get done today," Frazier said, via the Minneapolis Star Tribune. Ponder was injured in the second quarter of Minnesota's win over Chicago. After Ponder's injury, Cassel entered the game and threw for 243 yards and a touchdown as the Vikings came back from a 20-10 second half deficit to win in overtime. Cassel's performance against the Bears is a big reason why he's starting over Josh Freeman.
