The Cincinnati Bengals may decide that it is finally time to move on from Marvin Lewis as the team’s head coach, but that does not necessarily mean Lewis’ days with the franchise are over. Jim Owczarski of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports that Bengals owner and president Mike Brown has already met with Lewis, but no final decision has been made on the coach’s future. The two sides could meet again on Tuesday. According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, it’s possible that Lewis could remain with the Bengals in a role other than coaching. That would likely mean the Bengals want Lewis to join their front office, but it’s unclear if that is something Lewis has interest in.
