Marshall football’s Nate Devers has been suspended indefinitely from the program after being arrested on multiple charges, including battery of a police officer. According to The Herald-Dispatch, Devers was one of two Marshall athletes to be arrested after an incident at a local Italian restaurant Sunday night. Cory Shimensky and two other men were involved in the incident. Each of them were charged with “public intoxication, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Devers was charged with battery on an officer. Shimensky, a soccer player, and Devers are roommates at Marshall.
