When the National Football League announced their latest Pro Bowl roster on Tuesday, the New Orleans Saints found six of their players among the honored. Included in the list, as was expected, were running backs Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara, the “Boom and Zoom” pairing that has helped propel the Saints back into NFC contenders. With their nomination, the two made Pro Bowl history, becoming the first running backs from the same team to be honored in 42 years, since Jim Otis and Terry Metcalf with St. Louis in 1975.
