The Toronto Maple Leafs are honouring the late Johnny Bower with patches on their sweaters and helmets for the remainder of the season. They’re also holding a celebration of life event at Air Canada Centre next Wednesday at 3 p.m. Bower passed away Tuesday at the age of 93 after a brief battle with pneumonia. The goaltender played 12 of his 15 NHL seasons with Toronto from 1958 to 1969.
