The Spurs could get one member of their Big Three off the injured list tonight, but are guaranteed to be without another. Super sub Manu Ginobili has been ruled out of tonight's game against Washington after leaving Wednesday's home victory over Charlotte with tightness in his left hamstring. It is the same hamstring Ginobili strained Jan. 13, which caused him to sit out four games. Meanwhile, All-Star forward Tim Duncan came out of this morning's shootaround listed as probable to make his return after skipping four games with soreness in his left knee. Duncan last played in a Jan. 21 win at Philadelphia, notching 24 points and 17 rebounds. The 36-year-old big man said earlier this week he was targeting the Wizards game for his return.
