MANCHESTER UNITED have handed Marouane Fellaini a new and improved contract offer. The Red Devils are desperate to keep the midfielder, who is out of contract at the end of the season, at Old Trafford. Fellaini turned down Manchester United’s two-year offer in September and has threatened to run down his current deal before leaving on a free. He will be able to negotiate with foreign clubs next week and there is strong interest from Besiktas and Roma. But United boss Jose Mourinho is desperate for him to stay put.
