Manchester City have been awarded a fee worth up to £1.75million for teenage striker Tyrese Campbell. The 17-year-old striker, son of former Arsenal and Everton star Kevin Campbell, left the Blues last summer to join Stoke City, and is expected to be pressing for a first team chance with Mark Hughes ' side this season. City did not want to lose Campbell, who scored 49 goals in a season at under-16 level, but they went to a tribunal to settle the fee the Potters would have to pay. The fee is split into instalments, with City getting £750,000 up front, with another £500,000 payable if he ever wins a senior international cap for England.
