The Cleveland Cavaliers will have to play without their head coach Thursday night against the Chicago Bulls as Tyronn Lue will be out with an illness, per Dave McMenamin of ESPN. Associate head coach Larry Drew will replace Lue for the upcoming game. Lue was in the arena for a pregame interview with Fox Sports Ohio but apparently didn't feel well enough to continue for a full game. The 40-year-old is in his third year with the Cavaliers and hasn't missed a game, accumulating a 101-54 regular-season record plus an NBA title in 2016.
