Bournemouth’s David Brooks is firmly on Liverpool ’s radar with Jurgen Klopp looking to invest in a wide midfielder.

The Reds are in need of width following the departure of Adam Lallana, whose contract expired this summer.

And Xherdan Shaqiri could also go with Liverpool open to offers for the Switzerland international.

Shaqiri has failed to nail down a regular place in the matchday squad at Anfield and hardly figured in their Premier League title-winning season.

As a result, Brooks has emerged as a potential signing for Liverpool ahead of the 2020/21 campaign.

Bournemouth’s relegation to the Championship leaves them vulnerable, with star players like Callum Wilson and Josh King attracting many suitors, while Nathan Ake has already been sold to Manchester City.
