Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Ben Bishop had successful surgery on Tuesday to repair a torn ligament in his right wrist and is expected to be ready for the start of training camp in September. Bishop will need 3-4 months of rehabilitation to recover, according to a news release from the team. The procedure was performed by Thomas Graham at the Cleveland Clinic. Bishop injured the wrist during warmups on Jan. 5 in Edmonton and left the game in the opening minutes.
