Leeds United and Valencia have come to a quick agreement for a transfer fee for the move of Rodrigo Moreno to Elland Road this summer, with the fee standing at an initial €30 million, plus more than €10 million in add-ons, with Valencia seeing most of the incentives as very achievable.

Valencia have confirmed the agreement of the transfer fee, noting that personal terms and a medical are still to be sealed, with reports saying that Rodrigo is happy to sign for Leeds with a medical booked in Spain today (26/08/2020).

It’s been widely debated among fans and journalists as to whether Rodrigo is the best they could get in this summer’s striker search, with last season being a tough one for the 29-year old. Rodrigo scored just seven goals in all competitions last season, with Valencia performing below their usual standards in La Liga due to the sacking of their head coach, which split the Valencia camp in two.
