Leeds United are keen on signing Harry Wilson for around £12.5million this summer, around half of Liverpool’s valuation of the winger from last summer, according to reports.
Wilson, who was promoted from Liverpool’s academy in the summer of 2018, has yet to stamp his mark on Jurgen Klopp’s side having been sent out on two successive loans.
The Wales international is currently on the south coast with Bournemouth but it is unclear if he has a future at Anfield next term, after the emergence of Curtis Jones and the January arrival of Takumi Minamino.
According to Football Insider, Liverpool are expected to listen to offers for Wilson when the transfer window re-opens.
The source claims that the Reds, who valued the 23-year-old’s permanent exit at £25million last summer, are prepared to accept half of that fee due to the financial impact of the global health crisis on football.
