Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is reportedly set to be handed a bumper new contract despite ongoing interest from several of Europe's elite clubs.

The 24-year-old had been touted to make a move to Manchester United this summer, but a switch failed to materialise with Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Inter Milan also keeping close tabs on the player.

According to Il Messaggero, the Serbian is now set to renew terms with his current side.

After remaining at the Stadio Olimpico, Milinkovic-Savic is in line for an increased salary and hefty €100m-plus release clause.
