Pistons coach Lawrence Frank dusted the cobwebs off Charlie Villanueva, giving the 6-foot-10 power forward his first significant playing time of the season in Sunday's 100-94 overtime loss to the Bulls. The time came at the expense of Jonas Jerebko, but Frank said it wasn't a reflection on Jerebko, whom Frank intends to try out at small forward instead of his normal power forward position. And he repeated that you can expect to see rookie power forward Vernon Macklin before the season is over April 26. With six games left in the regular season and the Pistons long eliminated from playoff consideration, the first-year coach is planning to experiment with the lineup.
