Chicago Bears free agent offensive guard Lance Louis visited the Miami Dolphins on Thursday, the Dolphins announced on their official Twitter account. Louis was regarded as the Bears' top offensive lineman, but 2012 his season ended prematurely when he suffered a torn ACL injury on Nov. 25 against the Minnesota Vikings. Louis has spent the bulk of the offseason rehabbing his knee at Halas Hall. The Bears allowed Louis and the rest of their free agents to test the market, but the club likely wants Louis to return. With Louis still recovering from the knee injury, it's unclear the kind of payday he can command in free agency. The Bears spoke with Louis' agent about a potential long-term extension during the regular season but nothing materialized.
