Los Angeles Lakers big man Andre Drummond is not letting the hate get into his head. In fact, it looks like he is using it as motivation to prove his doubters wrong.

After Fox Sports analyst Skip Bayless tweeted “Kareem Abdul-Drummond”–seemingly in response to the big man claiming he didn’t have enough playing time in his first stint with the Lakers–Drummond appeared to fire back by embracing the nickname.

For those not in the know, the “Kareem Abdul-Drummond” name was popularized by Skip Bayless as a form of mockery to the Lakers big man. It started when Lakers owner Jeanie Buss welcomed Andre Drummond to the Purple and Gold midseason and compared it to when his father, Dr. Jerry Buss, welcomed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to the franchise.
