Kris Dunn will start Wednesday night against the Raptors and play about 20 minutes after missing the last 11 games following a concussion. Dunn, who has vowed not to let his scary fall from Jan. 17 against the Warriors change his style of play, also will attend All-Star weekend in Los Angeles and participate in Friday’s Rising Stars Challenge. Following his disappointing rookie season, the game, though a fan-friendly exhibition, has extra meaning for Dunn. “My team and coaching staff made it happen,” he said. “They put me in the right situation and allowed me to be the player I could be for the team.
