Warriors head coach Mark Jackson didn’t address the media at Monday morning’s shootaround so we don’t know who he’s starting tonight in the preseason home opener against Sacramento. But it sounds like he’s sticking with Stephen Curry Andre Iguodala Harrison Barnes David Lee and Andrew Bogut. Klay Thompson said he thinks he’s coming off the bench again and he’s just fine with that. The third-year shooting guard came off the bench Saturday in the exhibition-opener against the Lakers in Ontario on Saturday but he led the team with 26 points in a team-high 38 minutes. “It’s something you have to get used to” Thompson said. “You have to stay looser on the bench but it’s still the same role: go in there shoot play defense and try to do everything I can.” Thompson seemed to be making a concerted effort to get to the basket against the Lakers. While he did loft up seven three-pointers he also got into the lane and finished at the rim a number of times. He even had a two-handed dunk in traffic.
