Another day, another couple of Bruins on the shelf. The Bruins last night went 0-for-2 on gametime decisions with both Kevan Miller (hand) and David Krejci (upper body) unable to suit up in the 5-4 overtime loss to the Buffalo Sabres. Miller arrived at the Garden shortly before warmups with his right hand in what appeared to be a removable cast. It’s not clear when he got hurt in Thursday’s game against the Canucks. His team beset by injuries, coach Bruce Cassidy is hoping they’ll be ready when the B’s play again on Thursday. “Both were gametime decisions so we don’t believe they are serious in terms of missing more time than (last night),” Cassidy said. “We’ve talked a lot about injuries already and it’s not even November and I don’t want to put a time frame on either one but I would guess right now they are probable for Thursday.” Miller was on the ice for a while yesterday but left once the formal portion of the morning skate began.
