Juventus are keen to conclude the signing of Liverpool midfielder Emre Can without entering into a transfer scrum come the end of the season. The Germany international is out of contract at Anfield this year, and is not expected to sign a new deal with plenty of interest from top clubs around Europe. According to La Gazzette dello Sport, Juve do not want to get involved in 'auctions' and are planning on agreeing a deal with Can's representatives soon. A meeting is planned between Juventus CEO Giuseppe Marotta, Sporting Director Fabio Paratici and Can's team in the coming weeks, and the Italian club are confident of completing the signing. With Can just 24 years old, the Italian paper report that Juve are happy to offer a contract through until 2023.
