Red Sox right-hander John Lackey left Saturday's start against the Blue Jays with an apparent arm injury. He was making his first start since September 2011 after having Tommy John surgery. Lackey, 34, left the game immediately with his right arm hanging by his side. He was in obvious pain and grabbing at his elbow/bicep. Replays showed him flexing his arm a few pitches earlier.
