Nothing official yet on whether Joe Johnson will return to action vs. the Mavericks, but he's optimistic. "It’s better. It’s not 100 percent, but it’s definitely a lot better. I’m able to get out here and move around, work out and get back acclimated with the guys. I missed that more than anything," Johnson said of his heel. Johnson has missed three games, two of which the Nets lost. His place has been filled with hot-shooting C.J. Watson but his role has been filled by Deron Williams, whose post-All Star Game numbers are reminiscent of what he put up at Utah and on occasion since. He too continues to undergo treatment.
