Between signing day and the inevitable coaching carousel, college football coaches are used to a busy offseason. But Jim Harbaugh had a busier-than-usual go of it. The Michigan football coach watched three coaches depart, nearly lost a fourth, and had to make four separate hires. The latest came last week when Harbaugh added Jim McElwain to his staff. The former Florida head coach is expected to coach receivers, and will reportedly have a hand in coordinating the offense.
