Broncos wide receiver Eric Decker could be one of the most in-demand players in the NFL in two months. That is when Decker is scheduled to hit free agency, and he widely is viewed as the best receiver in a thin market. The Jets will be a team in the market for wide receivers, so the 26-year-old may be a target of theirs. Can he picture playing in New York? “I haven’t thought about that,” Decker said with a smile at Super Bowl Media Day on Tuesday. The Jets have kind of a jump-start on recruiting Decker if they are going to target him. The Broncos are using the Jets’ training center this week to practice. The Broncos do not have the run of the entire building, but they will see the indoor practice facility, the locker room, the weight room and the trainer’s room. The Jets’ building was built in 2008 and is one of the most impressive in the NFL. “The Jets facility is really nice,” Decker said. “I checked out the locker room, the weight room and the trainer’s room. Very nice facilities.” Decker said he’s not worrying about free agency yet. His focus is on Sunday’s game. The 6-foot-3 wideout has been a key part of the Broncos’ success this season and is sure to draw a ton of interest in free agency if the Broncos don’t re-sign him. Decker had 87 catches for 1,288 yards and 11 touchdowns this season. He has benefitted from having Peyton Manning as his quarterback and is part of a record-setting offense that had five players catch 10 or more touchdowns this year.
