Buster Skrine is tied for the second-most penalties in the NFL with eight accepted flags. But the Jets cornerback is not worried about it. “My whole career, I’ve had penalties,” Skrine said Wednesday. “So they don’t bother me. I do want to fix it, because it hurts the team. But I play man-to-man almost every down.” Skrine has been flagged a total of 10 times this year, with two being declined. He had 10 last year and seven in 2015 with the Jets. In 2014, he had 15 penalties with the Browns. Skrine bounced back with a decent game last week against the Bills after one of his worst games against the Dolphins last month. He gave up three touchdowns in that game. He suffered a concussion in it and missed the following week against the Falcons.
