Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell will not be out for long as his MRI on the right ankle sprain that he sustained on Friday night against the Indiana Pacers reportedly didn’t show any signs of structural damage. Due to the situation, he is expected to be ruled out for several games before he makes his return to action in the near future, per ESPN‘s Adrian Wojnarowski.

With 8:18 minutes left in the third quarter against the Pacers, Mitchell suffered an ankle injury which prevented him from putting any weight on his right leg. He then headed to the locker room early as he finished the game with 22 points, four rebounds, and two assists through 21 minutes played.
