Jason Terry will officially sign with the Boston Celtics on Wednesday and he recently made his first comments on departing the Mavericks for the green pastures of Beantown. Though it was already plainly evident because Terry had said he would return to the Mavericks if he got the same offer as any other team presented him in free agency, Terry did confirm in an interview with RF Sports radio that the matching offer never came when he hit the open market on Sunday. "I had three teams looking at me and Dallas didn't come to the table,'' Terry said. "Had I got the same phone call from Dallas, I'd still be there. But I didn't.''
