Jan Vertonghen has opened up about whether he has a future with Tottenham Hotspur ahead of his contract running out this summer.

The Belgium centre-back has been a mainstay in the Spurs backline since joining from Ajax in 2012. He has made 311 appearances, scoring 14 goals, but has struggled to hold down a role in the starting XI since Jose Mourinho replaced Mauricio Pochettino as Spurs boss last November.

Reports from Italy suggest Inter Milan would be interested in signing the 32-year-old after already snapping up former Spurs star Christian Eriksen in the January transfer window.
