Candidates for the Texas job are dropping like flies, with Art Briles staying at Baylor and Jim Mora signing an extension with UCLA. But if Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher takes the Longhorns job after Monday’s BCS championship game, he could have a prized transfer coming with him — Heisman winner Jameis Winston — although Winston was (most likely) kidding. Winston said he and his teammates have not concerned themselves with speculation about Fisher being a candidate at Texas. And at his media session on Friday, the redshirt freshman took it one step further.
