The Rockies continued to bolster their bullpen Wednesday by agreeing to a contract to bring left-handed reliever Jake McGee back to Colorado. A major-league source confirmed the news, but the Rockies have not made the signing official. The new agreement is a three-year deal with a team option for a fourth year. McGee went 0-2 with a 3.61 ERA last season in 62 appearances, his most since 2014. The hard-throwing McGee posted a 4.73 ERA in 30 games at Coors Field last season vs. a 2.64 ERA in 32 road games. Tuesday night, the Rockies agreed to a three-year deal, $27 million deal with right-hander Bryan Shaw, the former set-up man for Cleveland.
