The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed rookie long snapper Colin Holba to its active roster, the team announced on Tuesday afternoon. To make room for the special teams addition, the Jaguars have placed fellow long snapper Matt Overton on injured reserve. Holba was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the sixth round with pick No. 213 overall. He was the primary long snapper at Louisville for the final two years of his collegiate career. The Jaguars worked three other long snappers — Ryan DiSalvo, Andrew East and Drew Ferris — on Monday after Overton was ruled out with a dislocated shoulder.
