Ryan O’Halloran of the Florida Times-Union mentioned Friday during an appearance on the “Ross Tucker Podcast” that it would be “shocking” if Allen Robinson isn’t back in Jacksonville for the 2018 season. “It would be shocking if Allen Robinson isn’t with the Jags next year,” O’Halloran said, per Tucker. According to O’Halloran, Jacksonville will likely use their franchise tag on Robinson if they’re unable to reach an agreement on a long-term deal in coming weeks. A few days ago, Robinson indicated that he will be fully recovered from his torn ACL injury “well before” the start of training camp.
