Isaiah Thomas and Tristan Thompson played four-on-four Wednesday at the Cavaliers' training facility as both players near a return to game action. Thomas hasn't played this season for Cleveland because of a torn labrum and other right hip injuries. Thompson has been out since straining his left calf muscle Nov. 1. In the video, Thomas is the guy in the highlighter shoes canning jumpers. Thompson finishes a nice dunk. The Cavs rarely practice, so the two injured players took to the floor with rookies Cedi Osman and Ante Zizic and four members of the Cavs' player development staff Wednesday after shootaround. The Cavs are are eyeing this week as a return for Thompson, though he's been ruled out for tonight's game against the Sacramento Kings. They've never said it publicly, the Cavs want Thomas back before they play the Warriors on Christmas, so long as he's healthy.
