Inter Milan midfielder Fredy Guarin could be set for a January switch to Chelsea, according to his agent. The 27-year-old had been touted for a £15m switch to Stamford Bridge next month - after the Sunday People reported his representatives had been in West London last week. And it now seems the Blues are in line to sign him, despite previous links with Manchester United. Guarin's agent Marcelo Ferreyra confirmed talks had taken place and insists it is now up to the two clubs to agree a fee. He told Colombian network Caracol Radio: "We have already been to London with Inter and met with Chelsea directors to make their interest formal. "If both clubs reach an agreement, a transfer is an option, but Fredy is happy at Inter as well if they don't agree terms.
