Delonte West missed practice yesterday to turn in monitoring gear from his house arrest on gun possession charges. He'll meet the Celtics in Minnesota, and Doc Rivers is expecting the key backup to be ready to go after another bout with right ankle pain. West indicated Friday that a bone chip in the ankle has been the continued source of trouble. "Yeah, but we all have them," Rivers said before practice. "I have a bunch of them. They're floating, and at times they pinch and they hurt. "More than not, unless they need to be surgically removed, which his doesn't, it just becomes a pain thing. There'll be games where he feels great; there'll be a game here or there where he can play, but there'll be more pain. (Friday) night he actually twisted it a little bit again, so it was more of that than anything else."
