The Indians made it official at 3 p.m. Saturday when they signed No.1 pick Clint Frazier to a $3.5 million signing bonus. Frazier, recently graduated from Loganville High School in Georgia, will report to Goodyear, Ariz., to begin in pro career with the Arizona Rookie League Indians. The Indians' slotting bonus for their No.1 pick was $3.787 million. They will be able to use the money they saved to their other high round picks. Frazier, the fifth player taken in the country, will stretch and take batting practice with the Indians before Saturday night's game against the Nationals at Progressive Field.
