Rookie Marcus Lattimore said his surgically repaired knee has held up perfectly as he's gone through his first 49ers practices this month. Lattimore said he usually takes about 15 snaps with the scout team during a practice and gets perhaps two or three with the 49ers offense. He said he's been able to cut and accelerate the way he's used to and that he isn't holding back when he runs. "I'm hitting it," he said. "When I'm out there, I'm going at the pace I normally would." Lattimore tore three ligaments in his right knee on Oct. 27, 2012. The 49ers have said the rookie won't play this season, but on Nov. 19 he was permitted to join practice for a three-week period. Lattimore will continue to practice next week. After that, he is expected to go on injured reserve.
