Hurricanes owner Peter Karmanos Jr. and Texas investor Tom Dundon made a presentation Thursday morning to the NHL Board of Governors in West Palm Beach, Fla., and Karmanos told TSN that they hope to have a decision on the sale of the franchise as soon as Thursday afternoon. Herald reported. Working in Raleigh's favor, at least in the near term: a very friendly arena agreement.
