Ryan Howard has yet another doctor's appointment, but the Phillies are hopeful this one will finally bring some positive news. GM Ruben Amaro Jr. said Howard will visit a wound specialist in Philadelphia on Friday in hopes of being given the clearance to ramp up baseball activities in his rehab from a ruptured Achilles last October and an infected wound that opened in the area of the surgery in February. "We hope to get good news," Amaro said. "Hopefully it has healed to the point where he is cleared to increase baseball activities."
