A man has been jailed for 16 weeks after being found guilty of racially abusing Manchester City and England star Raheem Sterling. 29-year-old Karl Anderson pleaded guilty to racially aggravated common assault as he attacked Sterling outside of City’s training ground on Saturday. Sterling, 23, played hours later for Man City against Tottenham Hotspur, scoring twice in their 4-1 win.
