David Freese was replaced by Daniel Descalso after tweaking his ankle in the fifth inning. St. Louis Cardinals third baseman David Freese left in the fifth inning of Game 3 of the National League Championship Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers with an apparent ankle injury.
