Alshon Jeffery stood at his locker stall in the visiting locker room of CenturyLink Field Sunday evening following a 24-10 loss to the Seahawks, and explained just how quickly after signing a one-year deal with the Eagles in the first place that he knew he wanted to be with this team long-term. "The first day I came here," Jeffery said. "Just the chemistry here, and being around the guys in the locker room, most importantly it was the locker room. All of my work goes on out on the field but the locker room is tight. We're more like family, like brothers in the locker room. I just want to be in Philly for a long time. "We're trying to start something special," Jeffery said. "We want to create a culture here. It's a blessing to have a contract. I'm blessed to be a part of the Eagles. I love Philly. Me and my family embraced it, and they welcomed us with open arms."
