The Los Angeles Lakers gave the Sacramento Kings a rude welcome inside Arena Tuesday night. It was the Lakers’ third-straight victory, but the spotlight shone on Russell Westbrook for breaking one unflattering streak.

Westbrook was flawless against the Kings in the turnover department, snapping his streak of 407-straight games with at least one miscue, per ESPN’s Marc J. Spears. Furthermore, Spears pointed out that the former MVP’s string of games with a turnover was, by far, the longest since 1977-78—the year when the NBA began tracking such stat.
