Henrik Sedin was vehement in his denial: He and his Swedish teammates did not lose a game with Slovakia at the 2006 Olympics in Turin purposely to get a more favourable path to the gold medal game. The Canucks captain was responding to reported comments by Swedish hockey icon Peter Forsberg that Sweden maybe didn't play their best in the 3-0 loss so as to draw easier opponents in the quarterfinals and semifinals. Sweden ended up winning the gold medal, downing Finland 3-2. "No, not at all," said Henrik when asked if Forsberg's comments – which are getting huge play in the Swedish media -- were true.
