With the signing of Greg Oden the Miami Heat may be looking to move Joel Anthony. Anthony who was considered a candidate for the team’s amnesty option before it was used on Mike Miller has two years and $7.6 million left on his contract. The Heat may opt to trade him to lessen the burden of the NBA’s luxury tax. It seems the power rotation may be crowded now as Oden joins Anthony Udonis Haslem Chris Bosh and Chris Andersen in the front court. The team also has Jarvis Varnado and the rights to Justin Hamilton. The Heat use LeBron James and Shane Battier in the power rotation as well.
