The news Thursday that Klay Thompson and Draymond Green would join Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant in the All-Star Game raised an intriguing question: Will the four Warriors play together at any point? Luckily for them, the man charged with that decision is one of their biggest fans. “Absolutely, I am going to,” said Golden State head coach Steve Kerr, who is coaching the Western Conference in New Orleans on Feb. 19, after practice Friday. “Those four will be together. Guarantee that will happen at some point. Because that will be a pretty cool thing. It’ll be fun for at least a couple minutes to get them together.” Added Thompson: “That would be really cool. I wonder who the fifth player would be.” When asked about the possibility of pairing the four Warriors with Oklahoma City’s Russell Westbrook, Kerr just smiled and walked away.
